We had a very challenging subfloor situation that turned into a much bigger project than originally expected. But Mark (the owner) personally stepped in, took responsibility, and completely turned the project around. Despite their busy schedule, his brother came out consistently to properly prep the slab, pour self-leveling compound, waterproof with epoxy, install a vapor barrier, and then install the flooring. The prep took much longer than planned, but throughout the process Mark communicated honestly and, most importantly, honored his original word. When it came time for the baseboards, Mark came himself on the weekend because he wanted to make sure they were done correctly. He stayed until everything was complete and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What impressed me most

Mark and his crew did a great job with our flooring installation. They did 2 types of flooring in our office and it looks great. Mark and his crew even worked in the evenings so that we could continue to work during the day. Highly recommended!!!
