We are planning to move and reached out to Top Lawn Pros for an estimate to cut our grass and clean up the bushes and trimming. They were extremely prompt and provided a very reasonable price for all the work needed. Mark and Austin came out and were both very respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and truly took care of our yard. If we weren’t moving, I would absolutely consider using them on a month-to-month basis. They do a great job keeping your yard looking its best. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Customer service and quality clearly matter to this company, and that’s something we truly appreciate.

The crews who work for top lawn are always very nice and prompt with scheduling. We had an issue with them cutting into the stucco finish at the beginning but they have adjusted their trimming methods and strings, everything looks great now.

Was informed of a 30% monthly price increase for the coming year due to increased labor costs, equipment expenses, materials, insurance, and general cost-of-living increases! Very surprising given other comparable landscaping services are charging approximately the same as my current rate. Decided to switch to more reasonably priced providers.
