Jerry, the cleaner, arrived right on time, which was great. He got straight to work and used a pet cleaning solution on my carpets since I have a pet. While I didn’t expect the strong scent from the cleaning solution, the results were impressive. The carpets, especially my sectional, dried very fast, and everything looked fresh and clean. Overall, I’m happy with how convenient and thorough the service was.
