I was extremely impressed with this service for our house in Ridgefield, WA. Justin was awesome, I got a text when he was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time. He did wonders with a DISASTER of a carpet that had been abused by renters for over 10 years. We were ready to throw in the towel and re-carpet. He did an amazing job and now the carpet is actually useable! We're not re-carpeting thanks to Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! Also, I over-estimated how big the rooms were and he made sure he gave me the correct price, which was lower than I estimated. The service was reasonably priced against other options in the area, and the team was very flexible with our work schedule and came to the apartment at a time that worked for us. They provided professional, timely, and thorough service and answered all of our questions that we had. Top Notch came to clean our carpets, three small area rugs, and one chair today. We just asked for traffic areas in the three bedrooms and office to be cleaned, and one large living/dining combo room. Justin was kind, courteous, and respectful of our home. We had a lot of carpet areas to clean, and paid for extra scrubbing - we have an old (but sweet) dog with intestinal issues. Need I say more? It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job.
