Top Notch Exteriors

Too Notch Exteriors is a giant scam operation. They will ask for half down and half upon completion. The owner will then cash your check and charge the materials against your house. In the middle of construction they will request more money or the remaining of the payment. The work that they do complete is not always up to code, nor is it done in the fashion of an experienced contractor. They cut corners and try to have the job done prior to you receiving notification that the materials were left unpaid and the building supply company will be placing a lien against your property if Top Notch Exteriors doesn't pay the balance. When you contact the owner to rectify the matter he is very rude and threatening.

Eric andrew Falstad is still scamming people out of their money whether the home owner, employee or suppliers.Eric performed very poorly on my parents house.Through the one month process of a one week job I informed him he was not qualified to take on my house. Gave Eric half down and requested my deposit back.Eric informed me my materials had been paid for and special order couldn't be returned,many times. Told me the supplier would be placing a lien on my property. After I tracked down the material at ABC in Oronoco,Mn.it was special order but returned since no payment was received. Both roofing and siding.He has many suits against him and Top Notch Exteriors (company name).I'm glad I didn't let him start on my house some people have had material removed and left exposed to the weather.

A bad experience from beginning to end--and it isn't even over yet. We're still dealing with a lien put on our house, contractors that didn't get paid by Top Notch Exteriors and work that was not completed or was not done correctly. Do not deal with this company.

Absolutely a cowardly thief, a liar, and a disgusting human. Takes your down payment money and then blocks your calls and messages. Never delivered any material. Left our house exposed to rain for WEEKS. We need to hire another contractor to do the job as he will be in jail for his behavior soon.

Eric falstad is a good for nothing thief. He cant finish a job because he doesnt pay his employees he just takes the money and runs, then blocks your number and calls you stupid.
