Top notch is TOP notch. Great products, communication and installation. Crew showed up on time as scheduled and was done in no time. They stand behind there workman ship and addressed some issues we had from A previous install. Highly recommended!

We HIGHLY recommend Top Notch Flooring America!!!! From the minute we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Jaden and KC, we were treated like family. KC helped us pick our floors and gave us an affordable quote, much less than the competition, and they were the 2nd quote out of 5. Still beat them all. The crew that installed our floors, Jason and Aden, were so friendly and incredibly professional, our floors look amazing, right out of a magazine!! I just can't express enough what a great company and staff Top Notch is, other than to say, they truly are TOP NOTCH!!!! Thank you so much, we could not be happier!!!!

I highly recommend Top Notch ! We are a return client. We had old 30+ year old ceramic tile that apparently was installed to last a million years. The 2 man crew ( I feel so bad I did not get names but they were in work... get this job done mode ! ) did a fabulous job. This was a very hard job but the 3 days it took they were awesome ! My floors are fabulous.... I will miss seeing them !!!! I am getting carpet tomorrow.... Honest company... They tell you everything up front! Our sales girl Nicole was fabulous! Called me constantly!!!

Great experience from the company. I was a bit unsure after reading some of the negative reviews but i figured it may have been a Covid related aftermath that may have affected the company.. So I decided to give it a chance. I am impressed by the quality of service from this company. The pricing is pretty competitive. Nicole was very helpful assisting me with choosing the products that meets my budget. The estimator came out and was very thorough with the options I have requested. The Warehouse manager contacted me within a day to give me status of the materials: when it was ordered and upon arrival. Scheduling was a breeze. The installer was courteous and professional and very neat.. It was a very pleasant experience with this Company and I would highly recommend.

Had to call them repeatedly to get a quote for doing vinyl in two rooms. Had to follow up a few more times due to errors in the quote. Not sure if the errors were ever corrected since I got fed up and went with a different company that was actually responsive and did the job for $500 cheaper than "Top Notch" Making the customer chase you is a weird way to run a business.
