Top Notch Heating & Air Conditioning

Having your heat go out in a blizzard isn’t a good time but these guys saved the day. I found Top Notch because of their high star rating on google. The whole experience was super easy and the response time from inspection to estimate to finishing the work was incredible. They did a full service install for a new unit and got the house warm again. The whole team was able to answer all my questions and happy to have done business with them.

We have been having problems with our unit for over a year, which is only 7 years old. After having such a bad experience with a different company I was told about Top Notch from a friend, so I gave them a call. They was super nice and got to me fast, and very honest. Lee Mason was the Technician that worked on my unit and he went above and beyond to make sure we had heat before the winter storm hit amd he done just that. He was always very nice and explained everything in detail. We are very satisfied with Top Notch Heating & Air Conditioning and with Lee Mason. I 100% Highly recommend Top Notch.

We continue to be extremely impressed with the excellent customer service from Top Notch. Everyone we’ve been in contact with over the years has been great, from Logan with sales to Mason, Jack, and Cage on the install team. We needed a new HVAC system for the new house we just bought, they came out the very next day to install the new system. Everyone treats not only us with respect but our home as well.

We’ve been a customer of Top Notch since spring of ‘22 and they’ve been great, servicing our system every spring and fall. Dec ‘23 our heater kicked the bucket. Of course we contacted Top Notch. We called and spoke with Addie, let her know we had no heat and she was quick to get someone out. Logan graciously met with us after business hours (to accommodate my work schedule) and went over every single option, from repair, to partial and complete replacement. Being an older system, we opted for complete replacement. Logan was great, explaining all model options, pros and cons of system variants, and even arranged financing. The scheduling process was very smooth, and I received a quote within minutes after the visit. I called because my upstairs HVAC heater was only blowing warm air when the auxiliary heat was on, and the emergency mode wasn’t working. The technician gave me an estimate to repair the regular heat. When I asked about the emergency mode, he explained that the wire wasn’t connected and a jumper was the quick fix, but said that would require an additional quote. I gave 3 stars because, even after paying for the service call, he didn’t help us get temporary heat by simply moving the auxiliary wire to the emergency mode, a quick fix that would have taken about two minutes and two screws. Update: I’m changing the rating to 1 star because I don’t agree with how the investigation was done. The techn
