Everyone including the office staff was wonderful to work with. A special call out goes to our house inspector, Carl. He was very thorough and submitted a great informative report. He was very happy to explain deficiencies but also took the time to explain general maintenance and shutoff valves, etc. Highly recommend Top Notch.

Top Notch was great. Barb is absolutely a delight to speak to on the phone for scheduling and helping you get set up. Our inspector was running a bit late due to the bad conditions in the road and an accident and Barb proactively communicated this well ahead of time to keep us in the loop. They also sent another person over who got there right on time to get the process started to not delay us. True teamwork and the lead inspector ended up only being a few mins late. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, explaining things in layman’s terms. He was also super friendly. I appreciated the honesty and communication from the entire team. It was a breeze and will definitely use them again.
