The service from Top Notch Land & Lot Clearing was just that! I can't say enough positive about the service I was provided. I am so pleased with the final result. The lot on my property is hilly. It had quite a bit of overgrowth/unmaintained trees & shrubs that needed to be removed. Top Notch came in and cleaned the lot out completely & ground the stumps down. The lot is now completely cleared & ready for what's next! Thank you, Top Notch!! 10/10 recommended!

Top notch is aptly named. They really did a top notch job on my project. Kevin was very prompt in responding and came right out for the quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and they were able to complete the work within a much shorter time frame than I expected. They use excellent equipment and the team was highly skilled in achieving the goals I set forth. I would definitely recommend them to others and I'll use them again if needed. They truly listened to what I wanted to accomplish (clearing understory and downed/ dead trees in a maple grove to allow for sugaring on several acres) and were very respectful and responsive. Amazing Efficient Professional Service The recent storm caused significant damage to our neighborhood including the loss of multiple old growth trees and large branches which blocked several driveways. Top Notch arrived the morning after the storm and quickly, efficiently and cleanly restored driveway access. Over the next ten days they completed extensive tree and branch removal at a very reasonable price. The employees were easily approached, communicative and restored the damaged areas beautifully. We would recommend Top Notch to anyone without reservation.

They were the best. Gave great estimate and did a great job. The finished job was even better than I could have expected. I had another company meet with me right after top notch gave me the estimate. The other company didn’t even give me a price said they couldn’t come close. If you need lot clearing done you need to call them.
