We were recommended to Matt at Top Notch by our good friends that recently used him to build a screened in patio. We got a quote from him and another contractor we’d used in the past for an interior renovation. Matt was the best price and had the best concept for what we were looking for - a large gabled roof covered patio with white wrapped columns and related electrical and tile work. He and his crew were timely, efficient, clean, and professional. He was very communicative and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result!! I contacted Matthew in January with a concept of deck that I wanted put across the front of the house. With my description, explanation, ideas, and no drawings, we embarked on the project. Very impressed with the quality of his work. He wants everything to be correct and nice looking. Not a lot of carpenters care about quality of their craft like Matt does anymore. He does good work and makes sure everything is correct and he is a great carpenter and very polite. Definitely a great company.
