He arrived on time with his equipment and helper, completed the job efficiently, and shared before-and-after photos to showcase the quality. They even went the extra mile by cleaning some spots on my walls/grout, my windows and moving items in my backyard to ensure the full floor area was cleaned and sealed as agreed. Daniel is great! He came by awhile ago to do our front and back patios and they look brand new! While talking to him the last time he was here, he said he did painting as well. We had him do our downstairs living room and WOW! Amazing work! I would definitely recommend Daniel for any pressure washing or painting jobs!

Although Daniel is a very pleasant man. Power washing was good, even tho I asked for a particular spot to be done. It was not done we did it when they left. Then they did only outside windows horribly. Not even inside. This was an expensive lesson of good faith
