Colby was very informative and helpful in explaining what we needed to do to help our trees. They came out and did the work quickly and effectively. He kept us up to date on when he would be able to get the work done and it happened on time and very professionally. Colby was easy to talk to and explained everything that we needed to help our trees grow. He also removed the debris from the trimming of the trees for us. It has been very rewarding and easy to work with Colby and his company. Thank you Top Point Tree!

Colby is so knowledgeable about trimming trees and explained what needed to be done so clearly. His team was very professional. They did a great job trimming our trees and planting new crepe myrtles, and were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

I have used Top Point before. Crew came out today to trim. What Colby told me was in odds with what he communicated with the crew. Be sure and get the full description (with pics) with your estimate

Completely unprofessional. Was 3 hours late for the estimate. He then sent me an estimate that was 2k more than another company I got and he told me he wanted to know if this was the case so I did reply in email letting me know and he asked the company name so I told him it. He then called that company to discuss me. When I called to hire the company they said they wouldn’t serve me and that this company called them. Shows what kind of person he is to violate my privacy and to act this way. His response claims he called them to compare info there is no excuse to violate someone’s privacy. Had he told me he wanted to know the company name so he could call them to talk badly about me I wouldn’t have given it to him.

Top Point Tree is an easy company to work with. They do great work, show up on time, clean up after, and communicate well. Definitely highly recommend!
