Jhon Top power wash, was great to work with. From the moment I reached out, he was informative, responsive and prompt. He showed up on time and did a better job than I could have ever imagined. This house was covered in mold, dirt and staining, as I don’t think it had ever been power washed or cleaned, and after he was done it looked as thought it was freshly painted. I really couldn’t believe it. I was expecting it to look decent, due to its rough condition, but it looked awesome and barely recognizable. Jhon sent me photos of the completed job and stayed in touch. His pricing was also very fair. I’d highly recommend Top Power Wash for your power washing and cleaning needs. My landlord had a service fulfilled by this company, unbeknownst to the tenants. As the outside of the apartment was being power washed, soapy water began to seep through the front door, onto our floor. I began to move things to avoid damage, as my mother assessed where the water was coming from. We located the men in the front and I signaled to them to stop and mentioned the issue. One man translated to the other but they either didn’t care, or didn’t know what to do. I asked if there were options to prevent the water from coming in and finally we agreed they’d just come in and clean their mess. They left. No checking in. No cleaning up. Nothing. I was left to clean everything while rushing to get my own things done. We have hard wood flooring and it absorbed most of the water. Horrible
