Fantastic experience working with Mike and Top Priority Construction on our re-roofing project. Getting a new roof is a big deal, so I did my due diligence. I got six quotes from area contractors and Mike with Top Priority won the job. Not because they were the cheapest; because they were the most responsive, the most engaged, the most detail-oriented and customer-focused, and because the cost was in-line. Total package. From start to finish, it was seamless and stress-free. Mike came highly recommended as an experienced roofer and he did not disappoint! I asked him to treat my home and this project the same as if it were his own, and he did just that. 10/10. Thank you, Mike and team!

A friend recommended Mike and Top Priority to me as critters had caused some damage to my roof/soffit. Mike came out next day, assessed the damage and was upfront with the cost and the time it would take him to fix it. He not only replaced the damaged soffit, but also assessed the rest of our roof and repaired a broken piece of siding. He went above and beyond and we highly recommend him and his team at Top Priority Construction!
