Extremly rude! Called in asking about quartz (looking for calcutta gold select to be exact), the lady that answered said, OH MY GOD YOU PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME EVERY DAY [*INAUDIBLE COMPLAINTS AND YELLING*]. It was the first time I called this business as I just started my search today (I even checked my call log out of a strange curiosity and yes, indeed, had called one time at that moment) prior to my plan to drive an hour to take a look as we need for a kitchen remodel. After this experience, I wouldn't trust anything coming from this company if they have someone behaving like a loose cannon manning the phones when it sounds like she really needs to be with a therapist.
