TL/DR: Just don't hire them, they don't stand by their work, they will ignore your calls. Don't even consider these guys if you need any work done around your house. If you're coming from Home Advisor about looking for external reviews for Top Rank Renovation read this. They have a pretty good reviews on that website, and they might do a good job the first time they come around. However, if any of their craftsmanship fails they're going to leave you high and dry. We had a roof repaired at our house in July of 2019 and it comes with a 25-year warranty on craftsmanship. We started having leaks in our 2nd-floor ceiling 2 years later in the same month. Had reviewed Top Rank a year ago and gave 5 stars for service, price and attentiveness. Had to adjust because I called about doing more work and I'm just shocked at the 180. They dont remember conversations, quotes, schedules and now the work isn't being done. Cant even get a call back. I hope John and team can get their act together because they went from great to horrible.

I would give them negative stars if possible. PLEASE PLEASE heed my warning STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers who only care about ripping you off as much as they can. The foreman Nick is unprofessional and not a man of his word. He will make a contract but not add specifics and when you ask them for pictures or receipts of the materials used he will tell you he doesn't have to give you anything even when the money paid for it was from you. If you do take this high risk with them make sure you ask if they are a cash only business and if it's flat rate because they will use this against for their own benefit. I never leave reviews online but after my experience with them I cannot let them do what they've done to another. PLEASE RECONSIDER USING THEM. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER

Had Johnny and his guys replace my 85’ sidewalk. They’re hard workers and do a very nice job. They left the site clean and treated everything like their own house. The price compared to other quotes was very good. Highly recommend.
