UPDATE: After an entire month of being ignored- multiple unanswered phone calls and text messages- and being repeatedly lied to about when they would return to fix our fence, Top Ranked LLC finally sent two employees out unannounced on September 11, 2025. While they did complete the repair, the work was not up to any acceptable quality standard. Despite this, we paid them just to be done with the exhausting experience of dealing with such an unprofessional company. I feel compelled to share my experience with Top Ranked LLC. I hired them to install a 6ft privacy fence and was quoted for 90 feet. After the fence was nearly complete, I was told the job actually required 110 feet and I’d need to pay more or they could stop at 90ft. I agreed to pay the extra $400 because I wanted the job done right and complete to what I had originally requested. The materials and craftsmanship were disappointing for a $5,000 project. Many boards are chipped or splintered, and the cuts are rough and uneven. I also never got a say in the fence style. The estimate stated I’d select the top rail and panel style, but no one ever asked me. I only started asking questions about the style after they began installing it — because no one brought it up before and by the time I ask

They replaced our roof. While removing old shingles they damaged my gutter protection. Chad promised me to take care of it multiple times. It never happened. Hi lies every time he opens his mouth. Dishonest contractor that not honor his word. Can not be trusted. Do not use them under any circumstances. Worst experience ever. If I have problems with the roof would be a time to hire the lawyer.

I can’t say enough good things about Top Ranked! From the walk-through estimate (Which was conducted as if it were a home inspection). the actual work and the walk-through after the work to the follow up week later. They were very professional very thorough and even when there was one Incident that had to do with our gutters, the gutter In question was completely replaced at no cost to us. It could’ve easily been fixed. But as Chad, the owner said the “easiest is not the best way to go.” And that definitely is the motto of Top Ranked! if I could give them more than five stars, they all would definitely get them from us and deserve it.
