Hired this company to clean a empty apartment. Met with cleaner on location with her husband. She walked the apartment and said she would call when done. When I went back a couple hours later, NOTHING WAS DONE. They also left the apartment unlocked and open for unknown time frame. No responses on phone and no explanation. They left my apartment unlocked and NOT cleaned. What a joke.

I second Joe. Lack of professionalism and false advertising! They don't even deserve half a star in my opinion.
