I was very impressed with Top Service . The technician, Milan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Call for a service commercial freezer temperature going up. Milan came did a diagnosis and found the controller failed. He ordered the part and fixed it. He sent me the invoice and I paid for it. Few weeks later the freezer temperature going up again. Called him and he told me the new controller is not working so he Ordered another one and replaced it. Guess what few weeks later same thing. Now he's telling me he didn't charge me for the 2nd service call and this time he cannot do anything else because he cannot work for free and I should call someone else. He blamed on the manufacturer Atosa quality. Do I suppose to pay for a service to get it fix the first time or just give him free money? Definitely unprofessional and you should be aware about his practice. You will get charge no matter
