Attempted Repair Failed, No Follow-Up After Payment ​Repair Date: August 26th ​I hired this company to fix a leak in my sprinkler system which was causing a puddle by my fence and also water to run onto my driveway. On August 26th, their technicians attempted a repair. I was told the leak was due to the sprinklers not shutting off correctly, and they performed work in the sprinkler box. ​ Unfortunately, the repair was unsuccessful, and the leak continued. The issue was the stop and waste which we have been trying to find for years and had multiple people come out to try and find it, but Daniel was the only one who could. Daniel is awesome. I called him in the morning to see if he could give me a bid on replacing my stop and waste valve. I sent him some pictures because I had already gone through the effort of digging it up. He said he could get it done on THAT VERY DAY for 500 bucks. I was so excited cause I had one bid for $2200 and another for $1600. He came by to take a look at it and I went out to talk to them and he was driving away. He saw me and just said he had to get some parts and he would be back. I waited and waited and about 4:00 I texted him and asked if he was coming back. Daniel and his team were great to work with. He arrived on time for the bid. Gave me a great pre-season price. Showed up when scheduled and did a complete 8 valve system with 3 drip circuits and two stand pipe/hose bibbs and full system filter. He wired and programmed my controllers as well. The work was very high quality. The best thing for me was all this was accomplished while I was out of town. Daniel and team are quick, professional, honest and skilled.
