We learned about Top Step from IG and other flooring contractors that were using their innovative metal flush vents in hardwood installations. We later learned about their DIY flush vents kit to make the vent out of the same wood planks and we were hooked. Our clients love the quality of the metal vents, and the variety in design. It has been a huge selling point for us, and makes us stand out as a flooring company with custom vent solutions. The customer service has been outstanding. We have worked with Tamara from the first order and she has always being responsive and solution oriented. She has definitely gotten us out of timeline issues by being on top of it. I would love to buy from Top Step Vents, but after many phone calls and messages I still was not allowed to be sold a product. I finally found a flooring company to quote me a single 4x10” vent for $150 shipped. That’s the only price I could get after I called 5 places that are listed as vendors on the website. Nobody sells just one and they are very expensive. I’m having to resort to buying from a competitor. Very strange business model with storefronts like Shopify being so popular and easy to set up.
