Top Tech is Top Notch!!! Julio, the technician, was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. What a great company that really came through in the clutch! The owners are honest, thorough, and genuinely care about their customers. With a storm coming and a fireplace that hadn’t been serviced in over 10 years, I called them—and they got me in the very next day to make sure my family would stay warm if we lost power. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for honest, reasonably priced service. They didn’t try to upsell or add on unnecessary items—the final price was exactly what I was quoted. Outstanding experience all around!

Julio was my service tech today and he was outstanding!! He was here to do my gas fireplace inspection. He checked everything for me and explained everything he was doing. He also gave me a full tutorial on how to operate it. He was so knowledgeable and curtious. We will definitely only be using this company moving forward. We will be calling them back to do our water heater and do our hvac system. They have earned a repeat customer for sure

This company is the GREATEST! My AC went out (very old unit) and they came out to diagnose same day! They offered me a repair option FIRST, and did not try to upsell me on a new unit. I made the decision to purchase a new unit but they could not install until the next day. It was burning up in my house so the technician drove all the way to their headquarters to bring us two temporary window AC units. They installed them as well to give us relief until they did the new install the next day. My new unit is AWESOME... I highly recommend!

So I purchased a new HVAC system a couple months ago, and the installer (Rocky) came out today to calibrate and do a systems check. Rocky was on time, had a great attitude, and really educated me further on the system we have. Top Tech Mechanical took good care of us and continues to support us after the transaction. Great company!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the two technicians to arrive right on time within the schedule window. They were professional, friendly, and even took time to say hi to our dog, which we loved! They weren’t officially to replace our unit, made sure everything was cleaned and vacuumed afterwards, and took the extra step to show us that the new system was running perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish Highly recommend!
