You don't want to ignore a knock on the door from this company. I don't normally tolerate a sales pitch at my door, but my background is also in business sales, so sometimes I'm curious, and I definitely knew my recent purchase of a hundred-year-old home was in need of a new roof. I'm so glad I gave them a chance to present their services and strategies. Overall they far exceeded my expectations and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They were professional and transparent from the very start, and they either met with me or took my calls/texts whenever I had questions or concerns. Top to Bottom was our best most professional home improvement experience ever and we have seen a lot as people on our 7th decade of life. The completely replaced the siding and windows. They found that the house was sheathed in old pressboard and the vertical siding needed a sturdier anchor. Within an hour a truck delivered the plywood and work continued. They are amazing, skilled, ethical and wonderful to work with. And now we have the best looking house in the neighborhood and a much slugger we'll insulated house with great windows and trim. They do a great job and we are very grateful.

Tom to Bottom Construction did an excellent job on the siding for both my house and garage. The quality of their work is outstanding. the crew was professional and hardworking, and everything was completed on time. The house looks fantastic, and i couldn't be happier with the results. I was hesitant to work with any company after a hailstorm hit our neighborhood but Ryan’s approach was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful so I had him go ahead with an inspection and ultimately submitting a claim to my insurer. I am so glad I did, TTB made the whole process a breeze, communicated well every step of the way and their roofing, siding, skylight and gutter work is fantastic, the project managers Frank and Julio were great about updating us as the job progressed. They also did a great job cleaning up each day after working which I greatly appreciated. If you are getting any exterior work done or thinking about having an inspection done/filing a claim after a storm hits your home, I would 10/10 recommend working with Top To Bottom!

After a terrible hailstorm in my area, a neighbor suggested I contact Top to Bottom Construction to have a roof evaluation. My neighbor had used them years prior and was very satisfied with the work they performed. From the very beginning I was blown away by the customer service and teamwork of this crew. They assisted with submitting a claim through my insurance, met with the insurance adjuster, and continued the negotiation with my insurance company on my behalf, until the necessary coverage was granted. This company operates as a well-oiled machine. Mat, Dan, Keith and the crews for the roof/gutters/siding were phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail, communication, and drive to always put the customer first. Thank you!
