Top Tread Stairways

Top Tread Stairways was there when I needed them! We were having our floors replaced including up a curved staircase and I really wanted new balusters put in rather urgently so they could work with the floor people. Top Tread Stairways responded to my request for help by sending Mike, he worked with the flooring guy, helped me select balusters that would look nice, keeping the original railing, and it turned out beautifully. Mike was pleasant and professional and the cost was very reasonable.

I had Top Tread install a stairway for my second story addition in 2023. Not only did they provide the lowest bid, but they were the most professional contractor I dealt with on my large addition. Their work was flawless. Mike showed up on time and completed work promptly. Mike suggested and was willing to delay the installation of prepainted ballusters which saved me about $500 on painting and resulted in a better product. This company is the best contractor I've hired in my life (age 63) and I regularly work with and hire contractors. This flawless staircase will be standing 100 years from now. Clyde and Mike did a beautiful job designing and creating our beautiful balusters and handrails from black metal and Douglas Fir. We are thrilled with how they turned out!!!

Mike from Top Tread Stairways replaced our old wooden balusters on our staircase with new iron ones and they look absolutely fantastic! He is truly an expert - very fast, but also precise. We couldn't be happier with the results!
