Had this service for 3 years. Today I noticed that my lawn is the only one in the community with weeds. Three different kinds. When I called to inquire I was told that a treatment was done recently and I had to wait 2 weeks for another service. My question was why does my lawn have weeds and no other lawns. I then asked for a refund for service sonce the actual service is not being done. I was told no so I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute all charges for this year. Clearly they haven't treated my lawn so why am I paying for the service?

Used Top Turf for years. They were great at first, but fell off in the last few years. After weeds started popping up everywhere, checked security cameras to see they were not treating what I was paying for. After spilling a spreader full, half of my back lawn is dead and front lawn has a dead square still full of the granule pellets. If you use them, be sure you can monitor their treatments. After they spot treat, they will tell you that you have dollar spots and want to add additional treatment.
