TOPDOWN ROOFING

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Troy and his team are amazing to work with, communicate every step of the way, and get work done right! We had a tree fall above our bedroom during the January ice storm and Troy was able to make time to come out to our house and check out the damage, as well as get it fixed within 24 hours!!! I pray nothing else happens to our roof, but I know I’m in great hands if another emergency occurs! Thank you Top Down Roofing, Troy and Nicholas!

I had such a great experience with Topdown Roofing! From start to finish professionalism was on display. Cory arrived at the house on time to provide estimate. The office follow up was prompt and courteous with clear communication and timely estimates emailed to me. The repair started on time and ended on time, with great cleanup afterwards. I have already recommended Topdown to an friend else and will for sure use them again for my next project (a new sliding glass door).

Troy was great! He came out right away, after I contacted the office, to inspect my roof. I had quite a few missing/torn shingles as well as some hail damage. He helped work with my insurance company, making the roof replacement a “no stress” situation. The office kept me informed of everything along the way and his team made quick work of putting on the new roof. From Troy, to the office personnel, to the roofing team, I would send out a BIG thank you for making this the easiest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Everyone was so friendly & personable. Highly recommend this company. From the onsite estimate to the office staff, all the way to the onsite installers, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done in a short time frame and looks fantastic. I find myself standing outside just admiring how great the new roof and gutters work. Two thumbs up from me and I'll definitely be calling them back for any other home improvement work that I have.

These guys were literally the rescue crew after the company I paid for to do the home inspection bailed on the roof of the home we were purchasing saying the roof is too high and they didn’t any a safe way to go up. Guess they didn’t hear about drones :/. Anyway TopDown came on a very last minute request and were able to Do a thorough check of the roof and all the necessary things around it. Gave me a detailed report and used that to get the seller to agree to the critical ones. Strongly recommend due to their professionalism and timely action. Was happy.
