Topro Locksmith Alvin

Charged over $20 for using a credit card. Was not reflected on the invoice. I called them 3 times asking for an updated invoice and nothing happened. I have to expense this and need correct invoicing.

I contacted this service because it's listed as a local locksmithing service. I contacted them at 7:15 in the morning. However, the locksmith was a subcontractor that was coming from Houston that told me he would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour after and 15 minutes I learned that a second locksmith was being dispatched and it would be an hour and a 1/2 for him to arrive. Needless to say, I had to cancel this service and I located one that would be here in 20 minutes. Do not use the service if you live in Alvin. This is not a local service.
