Randy (the owner) was a breeze to work with. He came out a couple days before our carpet cleaning appointment just to inspect the carpet and to touch up on some spots WITHOUT ANY CHARGE. He was also very understanding when we were running late to our appointment. He went above and beyond to show us what he was doing and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Plus he was just a nice guy and someone I would trust to clean the carpets of my friends and family without a doubt!

Randy did an excellent job on two of my area rugs that had pet stains. They were treated 1st for odors and stains and then he proceeded to clean not only with steamer, but a rug scrubber as well. Pricing was great, he was respectful to me and my home. Prompt, on time, and personable. I would highly recommend him for not only carpets, but tile floors as well. He will be coming back to do mine. Randy quoted a price and did a beautiful job at the actual quoted price. I find that rare with carpet cleaning companies these days. My elderly dog had quite a few accidents and he was able to get them all out. I thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced. He is professional, on time and did this for us on a Sunday! I highly recommend Tops and will definitely call Randy again next time I need carpet or floors cleaned.

Wow that was easy. Called and Randy answered, We set up appointment time, was able to work me in the next day. He showed up when he said he would, and carpet looks great! Cool guy too. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience!!!! They cleaned my tile floors and rugs and couch. The customer service was great and they did quality work. I will definitely use Tops again.
