It was time to change the water filter on our refrigerator. We have had this refrigerator for 6 months and changing the filter is different on this refrigerator than on our old one. We followed all instructions but could not get the old filter to release, and then we thought we’d broken a piece in our struggles. So, we called TopServ. They came out in a couple hours of our call. Henadzi, the tech, showed us what to do, no we had not broken anything and we had to order a different filter than the one I had from our old refrigerator, of course. Henadzi, using the old filter, explained what to do, how to do it and made it sound very easy. He suggested we purchase new filters from Amazon, which I promptly did. I had a wonderful experience with them and the technician that came out. I called them at 6:30pm at night about my washing machine no longer pumping water out. They offered to come out first thing in the morning, but I needed them to come in the afternoon. The tech sent me a text about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The tech was super friendly and we chatted as he did the work, and even spoke to our warranty department with the necessary details to help us with our claim. He showed me a great tip to pull the washer/dryer in or out in the future, and was done with the work on time. Would highly recommend them for their customer service, their overall service provided, and their knowledge.

19 yo Viking freezer not chilling properly, responded promptly, troubleshoot and got working with a steam cleaning and no mess. Also checked a Viking frig which recommended a factory call for as still under warranty. Very knowledgeable and honest, highly recommended.

Great service from TopServ on an issue with my dryer. The booking process was simple and straight forward. The technician, Dmitry contacted me at the start of the arrival window with an estimated arrival time. He arrived at the time he said he would, was very professional, and had all the tools and parts to make the repair. Dmitry appeared to work with the efficiency of an expert and repaired my dryer in no time. Great experience - highly recommend. I will use them again!
