Great plumbing company. They answer the phone and do what they say they will do. They were patient with the icy conditions in and around my property and got my hot water heater replaced before it completely died. Local folks with reasonable rates.

Excellent service! Great communication. We were given an estimated time and were informed he was on his way early. He was very professional, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

BEWARE!!!! Do not use Top Water plumbing! They hire incompetent plumbers! I needed a simple water valve under my kitchen sink. Due to the plumbers incompetence the valve leaked causing water damage under my sink. After the valve was repaired the owner of the company came out to look at the damage and replace the flooring under my sink. The floor was still extremely wet and warped. He was going to cover up the water damage by placing boards he cut in his van if I had not refused to let him do so! A month later I STILL have water damage under my sink! I was told by the owner’s wife / Secretary that the company’s insurance has filed Bankruptcy and it will be a year or longer before I can get the water damage repaired. They did refund my money but this has been a nightmare and multiple days of

Richard, the owner, repaired 2 outdoor faucets and toilet handle. He let me know what he was doing to fix the issues. Very nice and knowledgeable. He's a keeper.

Great customer service , we used them multiple times to unclog our drains and they did a really good job. They are punctual and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
