We love our carpet from carpetland for our basement remodel! Kate and her installers were top notch, they were nothing but professional.

This shop is extremely low-key! You can't find any digital presence of theirs online - no review almost anywhere you go. But the crazy thing is that it has been serving the town for more than 50 years!! They have a huge selection of high quality hardwood floors and carpets, and super reasonable pricing at a time when everyone is trying to inflate their price due to supply issues. They are not trying to sell you anything until you've made your own choice, then they will explain more about the product and share their opinions. It's a shop you can spend an hour just browsing on your own without being pressured into buying anything you may not like. I can’t say enough good things about Carpetland. We’ve used them for carpets twice in the past and everything went so smoothly, that we looked into getting our hardwood floors done by them as well. Kate worked with us every step of the way and was honest about what would best fit our family’s needs. She didn’t try and just sell us the most expensive product, she really listened to our concerns and needs. The installation went more smoothly than I could have expected. Additionally, the contractor, Steve, was the most wonderful contractor we’ve ever had in our home. I can’t recommend them enough!
