Highly recommend. The showroom staff is beyond knowledgeable and the delivery drivers are beyond kind and respectful. Our project was overseen by Carol in the showroom. She was wonderful to work with. She resolved every issue that came up on our complete home remodel project and worked with our plumbers to get to the bottom of what and why something wasn’t right. She either had the answer immediately or followed through as she promised. She returns phone calls and emails! I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of the showroom team as they helped me solve things when Carol was out of the office. Highly recommend!!

Tina went above and beyond to find obscure parts for our shower that we loved. She was attentive, patient, and followed through with our account.

Easy purchasing process and a great selection of products! Alexandra R. was extremely helpful and when we had an install issue was the one to explain how to fix it. I can’t say enough nice things and would recommend anyone to go work with Alexandra at the Danbury Torrco!
