Torrco

I will never come here again. We went into the showroom to pick out what we wanted for our remodel bathroom job that was to starting in the beginning of March 2022. Supplies were delivered and unboxed as our contractors needed them. When the mirror was unboxed I saw it was the wrong one so I called Toreco’s. They said this is what you ordered, it was not. Then she said what you say you ordered does not exist. So basically called me a liar. I live with my sister who is handicapped and does not venture out much. I went back in and was told I was correct the sku # was entered wrong. It is now mid September and we called. They said it was going to be delivered in the next 2 days. A week went by, I was away at work,and it was delivered to our back door with out a call or a knock. It sat outsid

We just completed a new construction project and used Torrco for all of our plumbing needs. We have been completely satisfied with the entire team but must call our Evelyn Zepeda as the hero of our project. She was incredible to work with when looking for design and product selection and cared for us through all of the delivery, shipping, and installation processes. As with any construction project, we had some surprises to overcome and she was always available and ready to help. In several cases, she was more knowledgeable than our plumber and helped us to troubleshoot and correct issues. The new construction project for our family was a tremendous undertaking but the support from Torrco (and especially Evelyn) was an absolute bright spot for our project. Thank you!

My kitchen designer and contractor both recommended a well known plumbing house but I found their employees to be standoffish and their communication/service to be poor. I had the same experience at a second reputable plumbing house, and while a third one was pleasant and helpful, they just couldn't follow through. Connecting with the salespeople and good service are priorities for me. When I stopped in at Torrco, I immediately connected with Evelyn Zepeda who was personable and helpful. She helped me think through the process of choosing a kitchen faucet, toilet, and hardware and her response time to my many follow up questions and concerns was stellar. Evelyn is PHENOMENAL. I worked with Evelyn on two different projects involving two separate homes. She is incredibly detail-oriented, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Not only is she able to provide advice specific to the products she represents, but she is also able to provide style ideas and is committed to seeing the entire project through to completion. Super thrilled to have met her and will continue to work with her in the future.

I have worked closely with Emily Fasano and Torrco on our kitchen renovations as well as multiple bathroom renovations over the past several years. They took the time to really help me find the right combination of modern function while matching the traditional design of the home. Emily was able to help make the overall vision of the room come to life while utilizing the top quality appliances and fixtures.
