I hired Tony to redo the asphalt in the driveway, regrade part of a Nicolock walkway as well as put new concrete in the Belgium block apron of the driveway. I found him be easy to deal with and responsive to whatever concerns I had developed. For instance, I questioned why his team didn’t remove all of the RCA under the old asphalt before putting down the new asphalt. He explained that removing more of it would be counterproductive because it had been there for 30 years and because of that, it is a solid foundation. I thought he was cutting corners but he really wasn’t. He finished the work before I paid him a nickel. Talk with him. He’s a reasonable guy and treated me fairly in terms of price.

Torres Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my old front and side stoops that had significant water damage. On time and at an extremely fair price. His masons then built two matching brick/bull nose flower beds in front of house. Beautifully done and I received many compliments from the neighbors!
