I have used them for years. 20 plus years to be exact. Always heard things but always stayed loyal n true. Now i called for a estimate of 60 feet chain link and was told Nick was not in. Only have one person at counter. He will call you. Waited about 3 days. Called again was told the exact same thing. Now we have had lots of rain so I know there not busy.. now today I called and asked if Nick was there explained that I was not called back at all n made multiple attempts. She proceeded to tell me SHE IS THE OWNER and states that there’s nothing she can do about that. N I ask her well is there anyone that can assist me I know what I need. N she replies with in the owner several more times.. n has the audacity to ask me what she can do to help me. I said get someone on the phone that can help

Torres has done good work for us in the past, so I wanted to use them for some new work. I called 3 times requesting a quote. Each time I was told someone would call me back. No calls ever came. Really poor service. Even if they are heavily booked, responding to customer calls is a simple courtesy. I will find someone else for the work.

Went to get a quote. They came and measured. Called them back to see whats going on, after accouple of weeks of calls with no answer waited a few weeks then found out the guy had went on vacation. I was told he would contact me. He never did. They didnt answer phones for weeks even though they were open. As time passes I know prices go up all the time especially now. i went in to talk to someone about another quote since the other guy decided to not contact me. The guy that "forgot" to contact me was there. He took over gave me another estimate 1 week later from 5k to almost 9k. And they were going the use my existing material. I thought that was ridiculous. The boy got upset raised his voice at me .when i told him you were the one that never got back to me. why are you going to use my o
