Brandon and team is prompt, professional, clean, and responsive. They cleaned my ductwork and repaired a leaking A/C condensation line in just a few hours. I'll be happy to hire them again due to excellent service at a reasonable price.

My HVAC suddenly stopped working and I had a technician from another local company provide an estimate close to $13,000 for a 4 ton package unit. I knew that was excessive so I reached out to Total Air and Brandon (Owner) was at my home within 20 minutes. He provided 3 separate estimates, which were far less than the quote from the other company. He was transparent and willing to reduce the price in order to ensure we had a new, functioning system. It's Friday morning and he had the new system completely installed within 2 hours. The crew he sent out was professional and courteous. We were blown away by how smoothly the process went. I met the owner of Total Air, Brandon, when his company replaced my AC unit in my office.
