There is a reason the ratings are so low. And it was my mistake to not take a look first. We had a technician come out to see why the dishwasher was leaking. According to him we needed a contractor because it was installed incorrectly although it’s been installed for about a decade and hasn’t had any prior issues. So we had maintenance come take a look and he found the filter for the dishwasher was clogged. Something the technician never saw or found because he didn’t look. So what did he do? I’ve been trying to contact a supervisor or management and no one responds. This is a lack of accountability and responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find someone more reliable.

Office staff and technicians have always been very courteous and professional. They have always addressed and resolved the various problems we’ve had over the years with our multiple hvac units.

I want to alert residents of Century Village about my recent experience with Total maintenance contracts. Unfortunately, I have had a highly disappointing and frustrating encounter with their service. Over a month ago, I contacted Total for a service call on my mother's dryer, covered under their maintenance contract. Initially, they identified a part that needed replacement and assured us it would be promptly ordered. However, after two weeks of waiting, they returned to inform us that a different part was required. Since then, there has been a complete lack of communication and progress. Despite numerous follow-up calls, neither the parts manager nor any representative has responded to provide updates or resolution. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable.

As a property manager at Century Village Pembroke Pines, I am extremely disappointed with Total Appliance & A/C Repair. One of my tenants has been waiting for OVER A MONTH to have her dryer repaired. UNREASONABLE DELAYS: A simple dryer should not take over a month to get fixed. PARTS DEPARTMENT IS A DISASTER: Excuses and no clear timelines. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: No updates and NO urgency. HOWEVER, CYNTHIA IS THE ONLY ONE HELPFUL AT TOTAL CV. Century Village residents deserve reliable service, and Total Appliance is failing miserably. If you’re considering using them for appliance repairs, think twice—their inefficiency and lack of urgency will leave you frustrated and waiting indefinitely.

This company is the worst I have deal with in all my life. We paid a service contract on a yearly basis and this people treat us like garbage. Here at Century Village the personnel is extremely rude, arrogant, confrontational. they don’t answer the phone or they hang up on you. I called the service department here 8 times and 8 times they hang up. I called a person by name Milton that he is a Supervisor here and apparently he don’t like to answer any calls at all. Service from this people is a shame, and very unprofessional. I guess the management here at Century paid them good money for a lazy job they provide. Now the question is who is in charge of them Mr. Carlos Perez, or Jonathan Hernandez, no one owns because they don’t have a Director?? This is the worst service I paid in my life
