Total Care installed a new unit at our rental property. Super professional, price was reasonable, got the job done very quickly. Family owned and operated. Couldn't recommend better people to work on your AC and heating needs!

Total Care Heating and Cooling is awesome! My elderly mother recently had broken thermostat on a very cold Friday afternoon. As you might expect, my mother was frightened at the prospect of living in a very cold house with 2 cats and a dog over a long cold weekend. On her behalf, I quickly called several heating and cooling services for the possibility of them sending someone over to get her heating system working again. However, I was told that the earliest anyone could make a service call was Monday or Tuesday (after the weekend). Further more, I was told about exorbitant charges for a service call that would start the moment the service technician left his work facility traveling to her home. Outstanding service. Technician arrived on time indicated, properly diagnosed and repaired air conditioning failure the first time. Technician took time out to explain full details of AC failure and repair effort required prior to making repairs. Felt fully confident in efforts of technician and was very happy of the relatively low cost to repair.
