Total-Chimney-Care was excellent. Bill was knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and dependable. His workmanship is easily noticeable. I was only able to be home on a Saturday and Bill accommodated my schedule. My chimney liner was professionally installed and clean up was done, all within a few hours. I couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommended.

We had originally called another company to sweep our chimney but I wouldn't let them in my house because of too many "red flags". Without heat and in a panic I reached out to a local FB group. Bill came HIGHLY recommended. He answered my emergency call promptly and scheduled our appointment for the next day. He was concerned, professional and knowledgeable. Bill did a great job. He came out to look at performing crown and pointing repairs on our chimney and identified the absence of a liner in our chimney. He took the time to educate me on the purpose of the liner and what needed to be done. He did so in a way that was honest and transparent. When performing the work, he was respectful of our home (in and out), and left things cleaner than he found them. He was very kind, polite, and a pleasure to do business with.
