I had an oil boiler installed yesterday! Not only did I get an amazing price I got the best boiler for me. Jeremy came out and looked at my entire system that was there in need of replacement and quoted me an amazing price that was $4000-$12000 LOWER than everyone else! They also said they could do it in 1 day everyone else said between 1 to as much as 3 days. Justin walked me through some questions I had, Andy called me to make a suggestion on a different boiler based on my home and lifestyle and this different boiler was less expensive! Which I went with. Tim, Paul, Tony, Jeff and Mike showed up at 730am and were done by 130pm, not even a whole day and that included explaining to me the tests they did and the paperwork. Brayden, Tim, Nicholas, and Jeff did an excellent job installing my new boiler, hot water tank, and vented gas heater in my basement. They were all very professional, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The whole process went very smoothly and quicker than I expected. Thank you for all job well done.

Recently had my furnace serviced, the tech (Josh and Brett) were incredibly thorough with cleaning and inspecting the unit. They discovered the system showed signs of internal leaking, showed me (clearly could see the markings of a leak) and explained the possible cause and dangers if left unattended. They explained different options and provided me quotes for each of them so I can make an informed decision based on what works for me and my budget. Very grateful for their teamwork. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. I recommend Josh if you're looking for quality work!

Had a great experience with Total Climate Control. Called to schedule an appointment to inspect and possibly repair our boiler as we prepare the home for new owners. The service appointment for the boiler was scheduled for a few days out but my issue was not urgent. The technician, Josh arrived and got right to work inspecting and diagnosing an issue I reported. He was able to determine what the cause was and informed me of the cost to replace a part and about the procedure that was needed. He had to go get the part but quickly returned and promptly completed the repair. When he was done with the repair, I picked his brain with a few questions I had about the current heating system and the system in our soon to be new home.
