Total Comfort Heating and Cooling

I have been freezing and fighting with my Honeywell Smart thermostat. Couldn’t get it to work. Honeywell said (after 36 emails of low temperature readings) and support telling me to pull the red & white wires and check the voltage. I said NO. Honeywell support said if you don’t want to follow my trouble-shooting steps, there is nothing more he could do! I returned Honeywell and got a new Google nest Learning Thermostat and Mason from Clearly Comfort installed it and so far my house is above 65 degrees. The kitchen oven has been a big help since Thanksgiving and now I hope my cat returns to other parts of my house. I was afraid she’d get too close to the open oven when she moved to the oven-door. I created a raised bed and she loves my big pot! Thankfully Mason was very patient while

Upon booking thee service we had confirmation texts, reminders and clear communication about our service date, time, etc. We were assigned Mason who was friendly and efficient! It appears the issue was resolved. Would reach out to them again if needed!

This was the second time we've had him, and he is always incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. From diagnosing the issue to finding a solution the same day--without making us wait-he truly performed magic. He fixed our heater after we had been without heat for over a month, and we are so grateful. Don't let the lower reviews discourage you. This was the best company I've had using my home warranty. The technicians were extremely thorough pin pointing the problem to the inducer. They gave me the most thorough explanation of any techs who have worked on my unit. I definitely rank there service higher than Lee's. I recommend Total comfort without reservations.

Bekah of Clearly Comfort was awesome. I requested a previsit call as I may have not been home at the time of visit window, and she did just that. During her visit she was able to provide details along with photos of the issues with my AC duct. Very handy for future reference as a new home owner. Problem was resolved quickly and proper. Bekah was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had of my AC system. Highly recommended technician 👍🏼
