Jim and Crystal were fantastic! They were able to fix my heat just in time before a cold front moved in, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Friendliest people! They answered my messages very quickly and came out within a couple hours notice. Jim is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what happened to my unit. Will for sure call again in the future if needed!

I don’t want to trash them but I did want to express displeasure over a recent service call experience. We have two AC units for our home which are just 2 years old. Our upper unit went out recently (drain line) and they were responsive to come out the same day, which was great. They said they were checking the lower unit at that time to make sure the same thing didn’t happen with that. They did say that it was because we hadn’t had our unit serviced. Lo and behold, the same thing happened to the lower unit just 2 weeks later. Again they came out quickly, but charged us the exact same amount ($362 each visit). It does make me question if the units they sold us were the right fit for our home. I plan on getting the units serviced yearly, but I am concerned about the overall reliability of t
