I have been using Ken and his Total Concepts team for the last 4 years. Initially, Ken and his team did a refurbishment of our patios and replaced our front walkway. The team is reliable and does a high quality job. Ken checks in often to make sure his customers are happy with the work. Over the last several years, I have used Total Concepts to maintain my landscaping. Ken had great ideas on how to refresh our 20 year old landscaping. His team provides a monthly service to keep all trees and shrubs looking their best. When the team comes, they take their time and are very thorough. They do things right the first time. SNOW REMOVAL !!!! What an Amazing Job !! Curb to Curb. the snow was horrible, the Township did a terrible job, they just snowed us all in. Total Concepts came in with a crew and left our area beyond clean of snow and ice. Our dogs thanks you. We can only RAVE about the service and professionalism of this company.
