Company refuses to credit my deposit of $750 I had placed prior to both hurricanes that we have experienced in the Bradenton Florida area. I placed this deposit on 9-26-2024 and as of today 11-9-2024 with many phone calls, emails, etc I still to date have not received my deposit that they promised to return being nothing was ever done. This is very poor of the Company to hold / not return my deposit for something that never occurred. You may want to think twice about using this company known to take advantage of people for free money in a bad situation. Update 11-11, deposit has been credited.

From the moment I called to set up an evaluation/estimate of what I needed, with a friendly and helpful voice—— all the way through having my business treated with such professionalism and genuine care, I just can’t say enough about how impressed I am. Dell the owner came by my house to inspect for termites. He didn’t see evidence of them so he didn’t recommend I tent my house. I’m grateful he was honest. I would recommend them!! They also took care of my mom’s tenting needs as well. Glad I could save some money and get some peace of mind.

Best value in tenting, around, by far! Brian was very professional and efficient! I had two houses that I owned that required tenting, and they were SUBSTANTIALLY less money for the same job. I was given a date within a week, and they contacted me a week beforehand to say that they were on schedule. I would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.
