Worked on a friend's generator and misrepresented the charges. Friend paid for the services she was told and then was charged an additional $600 without proper communication. They authorized her card without an invoice and without even a phone call. Friend reached out and was berated by the manager, talking over her and not owning up to the situation. Generator was never properly fixed and the manager at this branch was rude and unprofessional handling the entire experience. The technician even told my friend to hire a lawn mower repair person for fix the parts because it would be cheaper. Its sad to see a company taking advantage during a natural disaster. Best generator company out there for a business!

Horrible customer service. Charged me over $1000 to fix generator and generator still isn’t fixed. Took money out of my account for a job incomplete. This company is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend them to work on anything they only know how to change parts.
