ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - We are having a leak in our roof only TWO YEARS after they did it. When we reach out to Mark, he is full of excuses and now he does not even answer calls or reply to messages. He came in to check the leak, and he blamed the chimney for being the source of the leak. The chimney was perfectly fine before they did the work, so how is it leaking now? He asked us to have "professionals" come in to confrim the leak..isn't that his job to figure out and fix? and after we had two people come in and confrim that the work around the chimney is done poorly, he went ghost, and he is not replying at all. Terrible service overall. Overall very unprofessional, and they do not honor their warranty. If you want your work to be done Poorly, and have terrible customer

Total Exteriors were a pleasure to work with. I've had a lot of people who came to my house offering to replace my roof but it wasn't until Matthew from Total Exteriors that I've decided to go with the job. He did a great job explaining everything and was able to get the insurance to cover the cost of the roof. I'm super satisfied with the work and I will recommend them to anyone I know A+ service.

Called Total Exteriors when I had a a shattered back door. Professional and competitive quote. During the time seemed impossible to find anyone to get it done quick but Mark delivered and new door looks great and doesn’t leak anymore when it rains. Would use them again on any exterior home needs.

a recent large hailstorm did extensive damage to our roof and many others. We absolutely shocked at the dozens of aggressive roofers attacking by front door, phone calls and stuffing our mailbox. Not wanting to do business with these types of companies, I received very professional letter by mail 3 days later. It said I won't knock on your door, etc.: I respect your time & privacy. We have 22 years of roofing experience, call for free inspection.; no obligation or pressure. I called, got a quick answer and visit in 2 days. Mark offered to work with our insurance company on our behalf. We allowed him to do that, and he was here when their inspector came. After their offer, he went back 2 times showing what they had left off. He even made a 2nd trip here to take more pics. He was successful

Mark and his team responded to our need for an inspection after a hailsdorm promptly. Finding significant damage we proceeded with contacting our insurance. Mark met with our insurance claims adjuster, and our claim was approved. In a matter if no time at all we had a new roof and new gutters. Services were completed promptly, efficiently and to complete satisfaction.
