Total Home Improvement

We had an excellent experience remodeling our basement with the team at Total Home Improvement. They took our unfinished space and created a living room, kitchen area, full bathroom, workout room, and bedroom (not pictured). This was the largest home project we have taken on, and THI helped us feel comfortable through the whole process. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and professional. We were especially pleased with the thorough planning process, outstanding responsiveness in communications, and the quality of the work. We are very happy with the end result and hope to work with THI again on future home projects.

After water damage from a neighboring apartment, we tried long and hard to find a team that would see our kitchen renovation through to its dream end, and we found it in Total Home. Led by Gerret Swearingen, the team was alway so attentive to our vision, needs and budget. They were available for communication and responsive, and constantly assured everything was as we wished. When I walk into my kitchen I literally breathe a sigh of contentment.

Went through a fairly intense process of determining our contractor for finishing our basement which had basically been used as an adhoc storage unit. We interviewed several contractors, even using the Better Business Bureau to see ratings. We met with each potential contractor which was helpful and settled on THI. We were not disappointed. From beginning to end they proved that we made the right choice. From the initial meeting with them at their showroom to completion and final review they met not only our expectations, but their own. They fullfilled promises, stayed in communication with us, followed scheduled timelines, and adjusted as we adjusted. We felt comfortable. Total Home Improvement was an excellent partner for a small basement finishing project just completed. They had excellent ideas during the project design. Their work was on schedule with no hidden surprises. Their team was very responsive and pleasant to work with. The final results were very good quality, and met the original project specs.

I will only have Total Home Improvement for remodel projects in my home. They have finished 2 basements for me, remodeled a kitchen, replaced flooring and remodeled a laundry room. The work is always top notch. Aaron pays attention to the smallest detail and the work of his team reflects this. Not only do they do good work, they are good people who are nice to have in my home. Kind, considerate and very clean which is a bonus when you have a remodeling project. 5 stars all the way!
