We hired THS to renovate the first floor of our 120-year old home, and the results are incredible! We had no idea where to start and needed a contractor that would handle everything - including permits, design, etc. They brought our vision to life with much-needed updates to the home’s bones (including new electrical, plumbing, windows, kitchen and the addition of a half bath). We were very pleased with the communication and transparency that Tom and Jon showed during our home renovation. We touched pretty much every room in the house, and they were very understanding of our budget and time constraints. It felt like they were really looking out for us on a personal level given that we were new to the process of home owning. We’re so happy with our screened in patio! The team at THS was well organized, efficient, and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way.
