Total HVAC

My heater stopped igniting, they came for repair, but only cleaned it. It stopped lighting again 2 months later. I don’t think they did a thorough job, and they were not friendly on the phone. We hired someone else for the next repair.

I was very happy with Total. The tech (I didn’t catch his name) even took the time to call the manufacturer and was able to get some parts covered by warranty. The speed and quality of service were great and I think the cost was more than fair.

Service person was friendly and professional. The work that needed to be done was explained and completed quickly. Would highly recommend Total HVAC. I have had a lot of different jobs performed by Total HVAC over the years and continue to call them.

We've used this business about 5 or 6 times now and we're always happy with the work they do. They're always on time, clearly explain everything they're going to do. They're always happy to work with our schedule and the secretary that answers the phone is very polite. They did work on our main water pipe, moved pipes and a toilet in our bathroom and even put a shower base in for us. We can always count on them to get the job done on time and with care.
