This company killed my lawn and now I have to pay someone else to restore it. The pictures of my healthy, green lawn were the BEFORE picture. You can see in the AFTER pictures the huge dead spots in my lawn from a serious grub infestation. Despite using Total Lawn Care for two summers, not one technician ever mentioned my dying lawn; they just kept applying their products and charging me. Even after I asked someone to come out and tell me what was happening at the beginning of the infestation, I was told that my two, small, 6-year old Bradford Pear trees in the backyard were somehow depleting my 1/3 acre lawn of nutrients (What? That doesn't even make sense). When I sent these pictures to the owner of TLC, I'll give him credit that he admitted that they had let me down. He had another one

We started using TLC in Fall 2025. Although it is too early to give a review on weed control, we are very satisfied with the company’s excellent communication regarding product information and billing. TLC responds quickly to our questions and sends lawn tips to promote a healthy lawn.
